Acted for tenant during a lease renewal on this 3,850m2 office building. Stewart Watson’s input included advising on accrued dilapidations, undertaking a building survey and preparation of schedules of condition of the entire building.

Our involvement included the original due diligence inspection, assisting in lease negotiations including securing landlord funding for a substantial Cat A refurbishment as part of the tenant works, and assisting in the procurement and implementation of the works.
Stewart Watson acted on behalf of The Athenaeum Club as project manager and contract administrator, overseeing the reconfiguration and decoration works to existing bedrooms and staff welfare facilities.
