Stewart Watson inspected and produced a number of planned maintenance programmes for a majority of Epic Property Asset Management’s multi-let properties, located in London and the Home Counties. We helped to devise the maintenance strategy for each building within the portfolio which in total equates to approximately 27,900 m2
Stewart Watson prepared a planned maintenance strategy for the building fabric and services installations on this 5,600m2 office building. Input extended to managing the implementation of a stone cleaning and repair contract to the front elevation.
Following preparation of a planned maintenance programme, for this Grade II listed former Town Hall, Stewart Watson have implemented annual repair contracts, the most recent being the stone cleaning and redecoration of the front elevation which included the restoration of the Holborn Borough Council Crest.
Stewart Watson Acted as Employer’s Agent to deliver this 700m2 newbuild industrial unit on behalf of a private developer. The building was completed on time and immediately occupied by Magnet.
Stewart Watson, in conjunction with JHA services engineers; project managed the replacement of the original R22 air conditioning system within this seven storey office and residential building. Works were undertaken whilst the building remained fully occupied and operational at all times.
Stewart Watson project managed and acted as lead designer on the Cat A refurbishment of this seven storey 2,200m2 Grade II listed city centre office building. Project included renewal of all internal office finishes, the renewal of the building services installation and external stonework and window repairs.
Stewart Watson was appointed as Contract Administrator for refurbishment works involving complete renewal of the M&E services and renewal of all finishes on four floors and common parts works.
Stewart Watson advised on the forward commitment to purchase this mixed use development, comprising a part refurbishment and part new build to create eight retail units and 24 flats for a long term investor.
Stewart Watson advised on this forward funded development on behalf of a purchasing Pension Fund. The project involved the construction of a multiscreen cinema, four retail units and residential accommodation totalling 3,200m2.
